**BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO REMOVE OR RETURN THE SEAT CORE, CONTACT US HERE AT THE THING SHOP**

ATTENTION: Before returning your seat frames for a core refund, it is important for you to understand that the pieces you are returning are of value to us. In order for us to use pieces from your return seats they must be in usable condition after refinishing. If your seats have more than light surface rust, are bent, broken or damaged we will not be able to give you a credit.

We have tried our best to convey to our customers what we are looking for in seat cores. We do not use damaged parts to return to the customer on our rebuilt seats. Therefore, it is very important that you understand what a usable core is.

If your seat frames have any dents or are twisted, bent and damaged in any way, they can not be accepted for cores. We must have good seat frames to recondition them for resale.
Springs that are rusted through and missing pieces are also no good as a return. Bad seat frames sent to us can not be used and the customer will receive no credit for the seats or shipping.
